With flash, the skirt is pretty true to color though.
Measurements:
skirt length(including bottom lace):19.5 inches
waist(half elasticated):27.5" max, this is however an amateur measurement and estimated for comfortability. I have a 30" waist and am able to put it on, but it's a little tight.
This is from a happy pack from a few years ago, the skirt has been worn once and the collar is brand new with tags still attached. It's not really my color,that is why I am letting it go!

The corner is bent forward, but before sending I can try to make it flat again! It has some sort of clip inside, it's not a three ring. It is also thin and light, so should probably be only used for light use or a moderate amount of papers!
