Brown color
Received in lucky pack a few years ago, never worn.  Detachable ruffle on strap, removable bows.
Has some shirring on the back of bust, gives about an inch.  Seems more for decoration.

Has shirring all across back and will stretch a few inches, but buttons begin to gap in front

Waist: 25"-36" (36" is as far as I could stretch it and would probably fit uncomfortably)
