Sugar Pansy skirt and matching bonnet – altered for larger sizes
I had this skirt professionally altered by 
kirakirajenjen. She did a fantastc job on the alteration. There is now a half elastic waistband that is a solid yellow cotton fabric. The color blends very well and is not noticeably different at all. The skirt will come with the original waist ties and the matching bonnet. I have carefully looked everything over and could not find any flaws. These items have only been worn once, maybe twice.
