I have owned this skirt since it was first released. I got it as a christmas gift and it never even had a chance of fitting me! But I held onto it and looked at it and finally an comforatable enough with my Lolita wardrobe to let this skirt go to a good home. It has never been worn. It's new without tags. It has been in a sealed plastic bag in a closet sice I got it and has only been taken out for this proof picture.
