(1)US: All sales will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Check paypal for tracking info/notification of shipment(1.a) US buyers have priority. Leaving your paypal address with a question doesn't hold your place, so I'll try to answer you asap.
(2) International buyers, I can ship First class with registered mail service for tracking or EMS. Ranges from $15-27. Or I can ship first class international which ranges from about $2-15. First class international does not include tracking. I will not be responsible if it gets lost or stolen. Paypal will not honor an Item not received claim when there is proof of shipment and terms are laid out on the sales post, and I keep all receipts. You can ask for a copy of it after I ship. First class int'l is quite reliable to most countries. No shipping to Italy unless it's registered
(3). I offer at least 1 hour to send payment. After this period, if there is another offer, it becomes available to whoever sends payment first unless you make an agreement with me to pay at a later time.
(4) I will usually allow a payment plan, just ask. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. It becomes available to the next person interested if payment comes in more than one day late, so pick a deadline you know you can make
(5) All sales final.
