I ordered a dress through your shopping service on May 30th and you said you'd have it shipped out either last Friday or this Monday, and now it's Wednesday in Japan. The last I heard from you was on the 4th and have since emailed you twice with no reply. I don't know if you're not getting my emails or have been too busy to reply to them, but I would appreciate an update. I know you've been online since you've been taking orders from other people in your sales posts, so it makes me suspicious. I hope you can respond to this to clear things up.
