Condition: Good. I am the second owner. I've worn it once and had it cleaned. It could use an ironing out, but other than that, no damages/stains to the print, lace, or fabric. All buttons, waist ties, removable bows (x3) are present and accounted for. Lining intact. Crinoline intact.
