Super adorable dress! I bought it on ebay and have only tried it on. It's a perfect Fall/Winter dress and you can wear it even into spring. It's very comfortable and can fit a small petticoat underneath. There are two waist ties in the back. Measurements: Bust ~30"-37" Waist~ 26"-31"
