In excellent condition. It's hard to see in the photo, but the design is glittery gold, and the shirt is pure black (it look light in the photo, in real life it's darker). Purchased on the comm, but it's too small for me.

Purchased new, and worn 3-4 times. The fabric is a heavy cotton. Has stretchy arm straps (which was good for me because I'm somewhat short from bust to shoulders), waist ties, and a lot of stretch in the back. There are two imperfections: one of the pleats has a loose thread and is coming undone, and the back is missing a button (so a new button would be needed to attach the strap too).
