It's in great condition. Worn a few times and lightly washed. It is a bit tight on me unfortunately, so I am letting it go. For the record I have about a 27-28" waist. I'm sure it will fit a 25" Comfortably.
It has a built in petty and the print itself is adorable.
It even has cute little ribbons attached to some of the poodles.

The skirt comes without the detachable bow. This skirt has been worn several times. It has been lightly washed and the inside ribbon strap has been cut but tied. Although it is not visible when worn. There is some piling on the front from pinning and removing the detachable bow. Overall it is in good condition!
