The back is shirred, i guess, it will fit at least 95 cm bust and 75 cm waist
Waist ties and the front big bow are detachable
I've worn it only once and have hand washed and ironed it^^
Top of the dress is fully lined (cotton lined). I can make skirt lining if needed^^
Fabric is polyester, lace is very soft and good-looking cotton lace
