I'm not certain of the exact measurements but it fits my 24" waist a bit loosely abd stretches to about 39" i would say that 39"-42" would be the max it would fit comfortable at. its fully elastic and very stretchy
regarding trades, i am interested in fairy kei, sweet lolita, deco loli and other cute/ sweet clothes,shoes,accessories. feel free to show me anything [my exception to the strictly sweet rule is Sex Pot Revenge. i adore them...]
