BTSSB Black Cutsew (Size M) - $90 $72 shipped
It's extremely adjustable with the amount of elastic shirring in the front (which makes it kind of hard to measure since it's really flexible with sizes). The bows are sewn on (not detachable). There are waist ties, so you can also tighten it to make it smaller.
