This skirt is NWOT and still has the original tag on it. I purchased it this spring but it isn't really my style. I can not find any flaws, but of course I'll go back over the skirt with magnifying glass if you show interest in buying. I have a 28 inch waist and the skirt fits me, albeit a bit tightly. Their is a slight amount of shirring on the back. I wouldn't recomend it for anyone over a 29 inch waist
