Condition: Worn about twice, in great condition.
Measurements: I'm not sure, but I have a 35in bust and 29in waist and it fits fine. It's pretty roomy, a little less in the bust.
ITS Petticoat

Condition: Excellent, never worn.
Measurements: Again, I don't know but it has an elastic band so it fits pretty much anyone, unless you're super tiny.
