Super Lovers Black/Pink Polkadot Skirt - $20 + shipping
This is a 26" waist. It's very short, a good 3 in above the knee but with tights it's very fun to wear. It has multiple layers with black , polka dot, and pink tule.

This is a size S top. It's a little on the shorter side, but I love the bow on top of all of the lace. As a caution, the material tends to attract lint easily.
