Petticoats are all BNWT and never worn and have drawstring waists. They have a ton of poof and are great for heavier dresses. I've noticed some have manufacturing sizing errors, so I will be opening them all and measuring them to insure they are the correct length and will fit. They are available at 19", 24" and 29" in length.
