no straps come with this dress (there are loops however if you have your own). can definitely go larger than the listed measurements as there is shirring and can go smaller due to the corset lacing. i am serious when i say that it is extremely flattering on everyone haha. there is boning in the bustier part and is likely to give shape to any body type.
it is a pure black, but this photo was taken at night with an incandescent light.
