they are used. I bought them second hand off of closer child.
there is wear marks on the back of the shoes and a slight scuffing of the tip of the front bow. the bow is not detachable.
Size: LL, I put it this way, I am a USA size 8.5, sometimes 9, never 8. They fit me very well. My roommate who is a size 9 sometimes 9.5 also said they where comfortable on her. The strap goes around the ankle 3 times, for a cute look!

I got these boots in a trade a few months ago. They are pretty much brand new. they did not fit person I got them from, and they do no fit my calves either. I have force zipped them up once or twice, but, noo.. These are not for me. (the zipper is not damaged.)
