!WTB: Solid black skirt for casual lolita, off brand, plus size

Hello!

I am new to Lolita and am looking to add to my the small collection I have so far. What I am looking for is a solid black skirt to wear casually. I like the cupcake shape for skirts. I don't mind lace, ruffles, bustle or tiers =)

My waist measurement is about 36~38" (94ish cm), so I need plus size. I am looking to spend around $50 US, but not more than $100 US.
