-I only ship within the United States, I've had too many problems with international buyers, so I'd prefer to just avoid the headaches.

Size: I'd say US size medium, honestly I wouldn't try and squeeze into it with more than a 28in. waist.
This super cute skirt has waist ties in the back and half-shirring at the waist, so the sizing is flexible. The bow is removable and there is an invisible side zipper to help with getting in and out of the skirt. Brand new with tags, never worn except for to try on.
