Which version of the JSK is this? I can't find it anywhere and I need more informations about the material and measurements

Hi it is JSK but its not on Hello Lace for some reason I think it was a special version that was only in the shops? measurements from previous owner:
Bust Max: ~38"
Waist Max: ~29"
It's shirred at the back, has waist ties and halter neck ties, no jelly motif on the lace but has polka dots instead. And it's a high waist jsk. It looks like its made from cotton and it has glitter on the print.
Its a real version just not on Hello Lace. Hope that helps
