I bought it off a japanese auction a while ago. The buyer said she used it once, infact it's perfect, it does not have any flaw.
Me, the second owner I never used it though, as I ended up buying the second version of it and another pink x black putumayo bag which is more practital for me.

I bought this lovely skirt new without tags and never worn it myself since I found the jsk soon after buying it.
The size is a Bodyline M size. Here the measurements from the site: Length 59cm, Waist 64-70cm
The only thing is that it comes without the waist bow. It does have the waist tie though, as can see from the photos.
