WTB: Low-cut Blouse

Hello! Looking to buy a blouse with a low-cut neckline in white or beige or gray or black. It has to be at list semi-fitted or from elastic material like cutsew. Cutsew/pullover styles are accepted. I am looking for something with a classic/elegant feel to it. I am not looking for something too expensive so offbrad/taobao/second hand/lucky pack items are most welcome.
