Purchased a few months ago from Closet Child, so they have been used. My foot measures about 23.5cm and those shoes are just a little snug against my toes, so I would recommened only someone with a smaller foot to buy as a larger size would probably be too tight. The heels are real wood. The bows are meant to be tied in the front but can also be tied in the back like in the photo below:
