The green is slightly less muted in person ? The whole OP is chiffon or half chiffon/half broadcloth?

Yup, it is slightly less muted than the color in my photograph! And the whole OP is chiffon, actually! There is a layer of lining beneath it, but the entire dress is chiffon.

I have a little bear's cafe high-waist jsk (with full back shirring) in the black colourway.
it's only ever been tried on. still has tags and everything. :)
